Droop-E - Until The World End ft. R.O.D. {Video & Tracklist}

BAY AREA RAP ARTIST AND SUPER PRODUCER DROOP-E PREPARES TO RELEASE HIGHLY-ANTICIPATED DEBUT SOLO EP “HUNGRY AND HUMBLE”

 Kendrick Lamar, J-Stalin, Nite Jewel, Cousin Fik and more all appear on the solo EP Plus Track Listing Unveiled

 SAN FRANCISCO, CA (July 12, 2013) – Droop-E, one of the Bay’s most celebrated producers and Hip-Hop royalty as the son of E-40, will release his highly-anticipated debut solo EP titled “Hungry and Humble” on July 16th. The project, the most recent since his 2010 “Black Diamond Life mixtape,” is being heralded as a classic body of music with hot features from Kendrick Lamar, J-Stalin, Nite Jewel, Cousin Fik, R.O.D., Work Dirty, Kaveo, Choose Up Cheese, and introducing McCLOUDVibe and Jeepers from DIE HARD. With production by legendary producers Rick Rock, DJ Toure and of course, Droop-E himself, “Hungry and Humble” is slated to be one of the hottest projects this year.

 Droop-E, made famous for producing hits for the likes of E-40, Too $hort, Mack 10 and Mistah F.A.B., gave his devoted fans a taste of what’s to come on the project with the release of two bangin’ singles and visuals for “Rossi Wine” featuring Kendrick Lamar and “N The Traffic” featuring Nite Jewel and J-Stalin. The super producer says he’s been perfecting his sound over the past three years and now is the time to share with the world. “The style of this music is a mix and blend of smooth, chill, and Bay Area mob. Taking all of my influences from listening to rap as a child, I wanted to use this music bed as a soundtrack to my inner thoughts at the time. A mix of where dreams and reality clash together and get mixed up in the process,” explains the Bay Area star.

 Citing the significance of the EP’s title, Droop-E says “Hungry and humble…that’s what my pops always told me was the keys to success. To stay realistic, hungry and humble no matter what happened in the industry. And I just stuck to it,” says E-40’s son. His personal favorites on the EP include “Ridin Solo,” “Until the World End” featuring R.O.D. and “Mobbin is My Profession” featuring Cousin Fik, Choose Up Cheese, Kaveo and Work Dirty, which pays homage to old school Bay music but in a new way. “I want to show the different dimensions of Bay Area music while showing the range of what I can do. I wanted to something different,” the talented artist says.

 Droop-E plans to drop new videos for “Ridin Solo” and “Until the World End” in the next couple of weeks and says there’s much more new music to come throughout the rest of the year. He’s currently in the studio already working on his debut solo album for an early 2014 release.
