Eric Bellinger Rocks Sold Out LA Show with Wale, Dom Kennedy, AD & More

The El Rey theater was bubbling over with excitement last night as R&B’s leading man Eric Bellinger brought his Eazy Call tour home to a sold out crowd. Bellinger was joined by fellow elites Wale, Dom Kennedy and collaborator AD for the Eazy Call LA tour stop. From the moment Eric Bellinger rode onto the stage on a "SUPER ROPER DESIGNED" custom 1995 Swarovski crystal-covered BMX bike, right on through to his last song of the night, the energy level was a non-stop 10.

Bellinger has been recording so much music lately it’s hard to believe he has time to craft a show like this, but his fans showed immense love for all the fire he brought to the stage. Even the legendary Jon B joined the party, giving props to the artist who’s been bringing R&B’s legacy into R&B’s future. The crowd was full of long-time fans and some new ones who’ve been swept up in the wave of the Eazy Call album, and Bellinger’s latest surprise EP Meditation Music (released Thursday).

Bellinger started the night off on wheels connecting with the crowd as the show unfolded. His Supreme x Fox Racing gear came off piece by piece as he commanded the stage, sat down for some personal moments and then even joined his fans on the floor! This audience connection and his episodic energy level sets Eric Bellinger ahead of the pack and it’s no surprise the Eazy Call Tour has been in high demand.

A Breakdown of Eric Bellinger’s
"Eazy Call Performance Gear"
Lately it seems R&B king Eric Bellinger is touring and recording every waking minute of his life, but that won’t stop him from staying swagged up. Last night at his sold out Los Angeles show, he rocked racing gear from Supreme, flame-embellished athletic layers by BAPE, and much to the delight of his female fans, his usual glistening ab muscles. The performance kicked off with Bellinger riding onto the stage on a 1994 GT Performer BMX bike, with black mags and white wall tires. The bike (named “Diamond” by Roper) was dripping with Swarovski crystals, in a custom design that took over 13 man hours and $1300 to create. “I design with a system: Style, Quality, Anthropology. I’m a biker, but I’m an artist. This is how I ride,” says the Roper the designer.

The black and white Supreme gear hails from their May collaboration with Fox Racing, a European motocross team who fell into fashion after creating unique and functional looks for bike competitions. Their proframe deflector vest and vue goggles matched Bellinger’s athleticism on-stage, while the moto pants are a perfect solo clothing piece for the shirtless part of the show. Eric Bellinger’s second look reflected his on-stage heat with flames on the polo and shorts from Japan’s BAPE, and sneakers from another Japanese release, the Ian Connor Revenge x Stormlow tops.

Bellinger flexed the much-sought-after Cortez Kenny IIIduring the first half of his performance. The Nike x TDE capsule collection was just released in a series of pop-ups, inspired by the Kendrick Lamar-headlined Top Dawg Ent. Championship Tour. Fitting footwear for the wins Eric Bellinger is racking up...
