It's no surprise that by now you guys know I'm a Jon O fan. You see he's become my musically inclined best friend, he delivers each song with a message that will have you deep in your thoughts. Last month Jon gave his female fans a treat titled "For Us" which definitely set him aside from what you hear these days.
Today he's released new heat "Give Me Mine" produced by the talented Chris Prythm. It's a boom bap sound with an extraordinary word play. In his hook he explains,
"No I don't care about the fame/ No I don't care about rocking the big chain/ No I don't care about the birds giving brain, you could give that to my boys, just give me my money"
Clearly tells us what he came to conquer. I'm glad to see an artist like him coming up from where Hip-Hop was originated & giving New York City something to be proud off.
