1. What inspired you to write your new single "Bahamas"?
A. It originally was a freestyle that I did when I was in Atlanta, the vibes just felt right when I was recording. It was an escape from everything going on at the time and put me in a lit vibe.
2. What elements do you feel set your music apart from other artists?
A. You never know what to expect. I’m unpredictable because I can change my flow, voice and topics at any second. I just made a country record just for fun as a joke and even that caught a lot of attention.
3. What has been the most rewarding part of your career so far?
A. The most rewarding part of my career so far was having the number #1 major label, Republic, believe in me and sign to their label.
4. How has your songwriting process evolved since you first started releasing music?
A. I’ve become much more comfortable with my craft, because now I can feel vibes easier, so it comes to me quickly instead of having to sit and rack my brain on what to create.
5. What do you plan to bring to the music industry with your upcoming projects?
A. I want to bring a different experience with a storyline and entertainment. You’ll see.
6. How do you stay motivated to keep creating music?
A. I stay motivated by listening to my other music, it helps me stay motivated to keep creating more records.
7. What advice would you give to artists just starting out?
A. Artists should make sure they are mentally and financially ready for the journey.
8. What message do you hope to convey to your listeners with your music?
A. You can never give up and life is what you dream of it.
9. What do you hope to achieve in the next year?
A. In the next year I hope to have multiple songs on the Billboard charts and my first official tour so I can meet my fans face-to-face.
