Today, the official music video arrives directed by Nate The Director and starring Chxrry. Though veiled and elusive, the visual takes her another step into the limelight and brings the intoxicating aura of the track to new heights.
"The Falls" caught on quickly, and has garnered a ton of organic buzz and streams in under 3 weeks that has had new fans eager for more from the dynamic artist. Chxrry (pronounced Cherry) was born and raised by Ethiopian immigrants in Scarborough, a suburb of Toronto. Growing up in a Christian household, Chxrry was known as the girl who could sing, but never fully visualized the possibilities ahead of her until she put her music online in 2017. After gaining some traction, she packed all of her things and moved to Atlanta where she began recording. Shortly after, she signed her first major label deal - and the rest was (and will be) history. With this release and many more to come, this consummate artist is proving to be one to watch in 2022 and beyond.
