Since being released from Federal prison in 2009  Jimmy has taken his hometown of Philadelphia by storm, with over 25 novels, he is widely known as Philly's king of urban fiction!

From live concerts, books and now films, he has been on a  nonstop mission to bring Philly back to the top. Early this year Jimmy Dasaint was ranked  #1 on the Yahoo.com TOP 10 MENTORS TO FOLLOW IN 2020.

In 2019 Jimmy released the award winning documentary film AMERICAN HUSTLER on Amazon PRIME, and so far it has over a million streams. 

Later this year Jimmy  is set to release his debut feature film THE KARMA EFFECT on Apple TV, Itunes and Amazon PRIME.  ( check out the trailer in the link below) Featuring an all Philly cast and soundtrack by Grammy award winning producer Carvin Haggins.
