“I didn’t want to be made over and put in a box,” explains 26-year old Bloodbath. “Celine, LVRN and Interscope have a proven track record of putting their artists first and letting them be themselves. I know they can help take my music career to the next level.”
OMB Bloodbath first made a name for herself in 2015 with the spitfire missive, “Shootson,” a hardcore chronicle of the gun violence pervasive in her neighborhood. She followed up the success of that song with a stellar series of mixtapes and music videos, showcasing her brash, reality-rap style juxtaposed with a surprisingly angelic singing voice. Her biggest songs to date also include “Magnolia (Ghetto Style)” and “Trust” with H-Town compatriot, Lil Jairmy.
Celine Joshua commented, “OMB Bloodbath is everything you want in an artist who represents truth and culture. Her lyrically savvy flow and melodic touch strike a chord at the heart of music. I’m excited she is joining 1022 and LVRN, and together with Interscope, we are here to support Bloodbath every step of the way.”
The artist’s extraordinary lyrical and vocal prowess has already earned her a loyal fanbase and the respect of hip-hop luminaries as varied as Missy Elliott, Drake, Lil Baby and Rapsody.  The team at LVRN recognize OMB Bloodbath for her unique voice and message that cuts through the noise.
“LVRN is putting all of our resources behind OMB Bloodbath,” says Tunde Balogun, the label’s CEO. “She’s one of a kind, an important voice that needs to be heard.”
