Toronto hip-hop trio, EMP, is taking the city's underground music scene by storm with the release of their new single, "8AM". The track, produced by crew member Eestbound, is an anthem of carefree confidence and has us eagerly anticipating the group's forthcoming debut project, set to drop this summer.
EMP is comprised of Eestbound (producer), Milly Manson (emcee) and Pree (vocalist) and their music has been earning them recognition in the rap world, with support from tastemakers such as Complex, Highsnobiety, DJ Booth and Noisey. Spotify playlists like “Most Necessary,” "Northern Bars" and "We Everywhere" have also featured their tracks.
Eestbound has produced for some of the biggest names in hip-hop, including Travis Scott, Young Thug and Little Simz, and his explosive production is the perfect backdrop for Milly's energetic rhymes and Pree's sweet-but-savage melodies. EMP is making their mark on the music scene and we can't wait to hear what's in store for their debut project.
