DJ MEGAN RYTE SIGNS TO RULE #1/INTERSCOPE RECORDS
ANNOUNCES NEW SINGLE “ON AND ON” FEATURING TORY LANEZ AND HOODCELEBRITYY OUT APRIL 13th
Rule #1/Interscope Records today announces the signing of talented DJ and radio personality, Megan Ryte.
“I’m a DJ first and foremost. And I want my album to reflect my skills as a DJ and my ear for picking and creating hits,” said Megan. “When it came to deciding what record I wanted to put out as my first single – I called Tory right away. He’s one of the most talented artists that I know. And adding HoodCelebrityy to the track was a no brainer, she’s a really dope new artist that added a new dimension to the song.”
Adds Joie Manda, EVP of Interscope, Geffen, A&M: “We are super excited to have Megan join the Interscope family. The DJ world has long been a male dominated one and Megan is here to change that.”
“On and On” will be available next Friday, April 13th on all digital retailers.

As a young woman in the industry, Megan’s hustle, determination, and skill have been key to her steady rise from DJ to breakout star. Although she has had her fair share of adversity, it has not only added to her story, but also taught her the necessary lessons to achieve success.
She began building her name when she was a teenager as a club DJ in Virginia, before getting her radio debut. With big dreams, she knew she had to leave her hometown to chase them. Megan traveled the world as a tour DJ, and moved around the country doing radio and gaining fans in several major cities, including Houston, Miami, DC, Philly, and currently – NYC’s Hot 97.
