I’m aware now the easiest way to live a fulfilled life is to let go, live in the moment and simply be.”

Describe the typical Brian Daniel fan.

Someone with high self-awareness.. who's looking to better themselves as much and as fast as possible. The first intention behind my music is to give the tools I've learned in my life to my listener in hopes we can both continue growing... They probably love love as much as I do too ❤

Tell us more about your company Beacon Entertainment.

Beacon Ent. is something I feel like I've been working on my entire life.. The mission of our company is to serve as home to the greatest individuals in every area of entertainment.. to be where the brightest creators want to be, hence the "Beacon" name. In the future, we also want to use our platform to break the world's best young talent.. We're currently focused on only music and merchandise operations so keep a look out for that.

What do you think the old school can learn from the new school and vice versa?

Both sides gotta understand that change is inevitable in everything, especially music. Though I'd say I side more with the old school view on hip hop, my advice for them would be to take the time to learn about what the new school likes and why. There's a lot of incredible music being made out of the new school and whether we want to admit or not, the influence from those who came before us is always present. To the rest of the new school, get back to bars and overall substance.. only real music lasts.

What’s your favorite song ever and why?

I'd say "How Do I Breathe" by Mario.. The level of purity that record has is out of this world.. it really inspired me to decide what kind of artist I wanted to be. And let me say this, Mario is one of the R&B GOAT's.. my man deserves much more credit than he gets.

As a Queens resident, what are your thoughts on the rise of Queens native Donald Trump?

As a businessman, I admire the success he's had, not just anybody can build the businesses he has. As an individual, I think he can improve on a lot of qualities when it comes to relationships and overall leadership. To me, he represents everything that's right and wrong with this country. It's ironic because as POTUS, you're expected to be a leader we can rely on without hesitation. Instead, I think we can each learn a lot from him to improve ourselves individually and as a nation.
