3rd Annual Cruise Will Feature Performances by Reggae's
Most Renowned Artists, Sound Systems and DJ's

Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley has announced the full lineup for the 3rd Annual Welcome to Jamrock Reggae Cruise, set for November 2016. Newly announced include Beenie Man, Chronixx & Zincfence Redemption, Jah Cure, Marcia Griffiths, Sanchez, and Bunji Garlin. They join Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley, Stephen "Ragga" Marley, Toots and The Maytals, Steel Pulse, Sean Paul, Tarrus Riley, Bounty Killer, Vegas, Mavado, Chaka Demus & Pliers, Junior Reid, Half Pint, Collie Buddz, Assassin, J Boog, Romain Virgo, and Kabaka Pyramid. For reggae music fans, it is also notably the only place to see some of the genre's top artists who are not able to travel and perform in the US (More from MTV HERE).

Jamrock has taken the reggae industry by storm as being one of the most exciting and talked about Reggae festivals in the world. Jamrock 2015 had over 40 nations from all over the globe converging for their love of Reggae music and culture. Cruisers will departaboard the Royal Caribbean Independence of the Season November 14th, 2016 from Ft. About Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley

The youngest son of Reggae legend Bob Marley, Damian "Jr. Gong" Marley garnered his own place in music history when he became the first ever Reggae artist to win a GRAMMY outside of the "Reggae" category, taking home an award for "Best Urban/Alternative" performance for his title single, "Welcome To Jamrock". The acclaimed 2005 breakthrough disc Welcome To Jamrock, also won a GRAMMY for "Best Reggae" Album. Marley has been shaking up stages all over the world for the past few years, first in conjunction with his Distant Relatives project, and then when he went on to partner with Skrillex for their groundbreaking track "Make It Bun Dem", which Rolling Stone called "a monster mash up of dubstep and dancehall. "Damian is also working with his brothers Stephen and Julian under their Ghetto Youths International Label, to discover, develop and sign gifted artistes by applying their musical talent and vast experience to create new and different styles of music. Damian is currently in the studio working on his upcoming solo album.
