Octavion X enlists the help of estranged RVA artist Dr. Millionaire as well as young up and coming Richmond, VA artist Koncept Jack$on. In this Soul Live Media directed video, Octavion, Millionaire & Koncept all give their personal takes on how hard it is to have a girlfriend in the underground scene in Richmond VA, and how they favor the females who keep their scandalous decisions “on the low”.
