West Philly’s Bobby Shells may be a new artist to most hip hop consumers, but the up and coming rapper has the talent and poise of a seasoned veteran and is a name you can expect to hear a lot of going forward. Shells continues to build his brand domestically, internationally and digitally. He is currently in the studio working on his new mixtape, set to be released in the spring of 2014.
