ShaqIsDope is a 20 Year old Canadian rapper outta Toronto who Shaquille O'neal found interest in after seeing his video for a track titled "$mooth Criminals" on WorldstarHipHop. Though they share the same first name, it's ShaqIsDope's lyricism & clever wordplay that attracted the Half of Fame baller's attention.
