It was a very informative interview and to finally see young black men doing positive things not only for themselves but for the sake of the community as a whole puts a smile on my face. Brotha Blaze wants to bring back that positive vibe we all grew up on. The sounds of the soul wrenching love songs and the smooth mellow hip hop that was fun,hip and make us all dance. Even though im only 30 years old most of my close friends were always older than me growing up so yes I have had the opportunity to listen to a tad bit of old school hip hop and sat under men and women who shared their wisdom, knowledge the love of the arts and being black was and still is the thing to be. I also like that fact that Brotha B is multi-talented and i agree each and everyone of us have been given a gift, and there is no need to live if one is not going to put their gifts to use. I can't wait till my book arrives " Memoirs of A Neophyte" and of course the play "Footies" which I am casted in as well. I love to encourage those who have something going for themselves.....
