Our city was made up of Italians, Polish, Jews, Spanish and a few Asians & everybody had they own areas and of course as times changed neighborhoods changed but the drug culture put everybody in a dream state and some thought that you can become rich and this was the way to go.
Fast forward now that dreams became nightmares and Chester, Pa. like many other places has been destroyed, friends are dead & gone others doing life , education systems abandoned now the youth have no direction.
We are going to set the record straight by re-charge n the culture in our city and waking up the conscious of the people "LEGACY" find what it's all about
