Jae
Tips comes with an edgy, new school rap style, infused with the
nostalgic feel of those who did it before him for the eagerly awaiting
ears of fans wanting a little more substance with their party anthems.
As he laid out his lyrical strength and wit perfectly on his first
single off the project, “Rambo”, a song laced in the story telling of an
old soul with the awareness a youngster on the come up.
With
the release of 343, the young Bronx rapper continues his quest to share
his life through music, from his dedication as a sneakerhead to the
dichotomy of trying to achieve his rap dreams. He has included features
from some of New York’s up and coming artists such as Shaisiah on
“Department 41”, R.O.B on “Crenshaw”, and Bronx Local, Pressure on
“Undefeated”.
Driven,
poetic, passionate and hardworking are a few words to describe Jae
Tips. He knew from a very early age that he was gifted to share his
stories and connect with many people through his rapping ability. With a
growing local following, Jae Tips is bringing together groups of people
that may or may not coexist; the sneaker lovers and those who have an
affinity for rap music.
