Denzel Curry has just dropped his latest project, "King Of The Mischievous South Vol. 2", a highly anticipated sequel that revisits the raw sound which kickstarted his career. This release not only marks a return to his roots but also signifies a new phase in Denzel’s journey, solidifying his position among the genre’s elite after more than a decade of acclaimed albums.
Since announcing the project in June, Denzel has been making waves on social media with tracks like "HOT ONE" featuring A$AP Ferg and TiaCorine, and a standout performance on On The Radar alongside Ferg, Tia, Key Nyata, and PlayThatBoiZay. Recently, he debuted "BLACK FLAG FREESTYLE" featuring That Mexican OT with a live performance on From The Block. Most notably, Denzel and PlayThatBoiZay premiered their verses on "HOODLUMZ" live in London on BBC Radio 1’s Rap Show, followed by the official release featuring A$AP Rocky across all major platforms.
To amplify the album launch, weeklong billboards have been strategically placed in NYC's Times Square and LA's Sunset Boulevard, courtesy of YouTube and Spotify.
In this new installment of "King Of The Mischievous South", Denzel adopts the persona of Big Ultra, an evolved version of his Raven Miyagi identity, characterized by confidence and a celebration of his decade-long success in the industry, originally dubbed by Raider Klan founder SpaceGhostPurrp.
