Rod Wave’s dominance on the rap game continues today with the release of his new video “Freestyle.” Directed by TRUFilms, Wave (Alamo/Geffen Records) revels in his success and enjoys his victory lap over his hapless competitors. “Freestyle” follows Wave’s candid release “Through The Wire,” which detailed his horrific car accident earlier this year. It also comes on the heels of his latest Billboard Hot 100 climber “Rags2Riches” - his 12th record to land on the charts. “Rags2Riches’” quest on the Hot 100 includes an 11-spot leap, peaking at No. 41 this week. All three aforementioned records will reside on Wave’s forthcoming Pray 4 Love deluxe album, slated to be released August 7th with production from Jetson Made and features from Lil Baby and Yo Gotti.
