Up-and-coming rapper Stunna 4 Vegas has signed to Billion Dollar Baby Ent. — a label run by fellow North Carolina artist DaBaby. Today, Stunna 4 Vegas makes his label debut with a new project called “Big 4x.”
Added DaBaby: “I see RAW talent in Stunna. In a room full of peers he stood out and I felt like it was only right for me to help him.”
Earlier this year, Stunna 4 Vegas caught buzz with his single “Punch Me In Pt. 3,” with Pitchfork stating that “Stunna’s stop-start flow is captivating and conversational.” In addition, Pitchfork named Stunna 4 Vegas and DaBaby as two artists leading the charge in North Carolina’s ascension as “the Southern scene we need to pay attention to next.”
Signed to Interscope Records through a joint venture with South Coast Music Group, DaBaby made his debut for the label in March with Baby on Baby. Along with hitting the top 5 on Apple Music’s album chart, Baby on Baby won praise from outlets like HotNewHipHop (who noted that “[j]ust one second…is all it takes to come to the conclusion that the North Carolina-bred emcee is packing something special”).
