Raised in San Diego and now resident of Toledo, he started out young in the music scene initially as a drummer in various bands playing shows since the age of 14. As his music preference changed, so did his talents. In recent years after giving the drums a break, he started making beats, producing, and performing as a hip hop artist. Kid Kris does a mix of hip hop and R&B. Now he’s working with various artists across the globe on many capacities from collaborations to making the instrumental tracks to producing songs.
Kid Kris has toured on the upper East Coast, produced full albums for artists that have been in the interest of major record labels, recorded at a major label in Atlanta at age 19, won showcases, and started his own recording studio/music group. He’s currently producing and completing fellow music group artists’ EPs and albums. He has his eyes set on a big city tour, international performances, and finishing and releasing his upcoming EPs and music videos.
Kid Kris has done quite a bit in a short amount of time, but definitely has no plans of slowing down or stopping. To him , the sky is the limit and there is no rest for him until he makes it to Mars.
