(A) I need my phone on 100% cause i use it to write but it usually not charged up so i need a battery charger or block for the wall lol and some loud ass weed to smoke on while i'm vibing out with something to drink on. Where did you get the name Southpaw Sosay from? (A) i got the "Sosay" part of my name from an former label CEO and O.G. in Montgomery, AL Nitty or Frank Nitty way back in like 2005 2004. He just one day called me "Sosay" cause at the time I went by Black Ciza (pronouced kyser) and I ran with it. Southpaw is because im a lefty and there are so many "So called" Sosays nowadays. How do you feel bout rappers using their government name as a artist? (A) If they cool with they government name that's they business. I focus on Sir Southpaw Sosay and my 4th and 20 Music Group brand: that's my business right now so i cant comment on another man name. Not my thing at all wo Do you feel Louisiana and Mississippi are overlooked by the music industry? (Answer yes or no and give your reason why) (A) Na, Louisiana and Alabama both have strong holds on the music industry. Im I can name names all day but it is a well known fact the states have produced legends and I hope to live up to some of there legacies... Where will your career be in the next 3 years? (A) In the next 3 years my career will be well planted in the music industry as well as entertainment media with my brand and label 4th and 20 Music Group securely turned into a house hold name and power house for high quality stoner music and media. How do you feel about the blogs and internet supporting artist these days? (A) Blogs cool, again any publicity or promo you can get is a plus. They a good look for new artists and music you might not find on your local programmed bought radio but again you have to pay to play so its a double edge sword like anything else. Use the net as much as you can artists can gain fans and an audience if they lucky and do it correctly.
