"QUESO"
(CHUCK INGLISH REMIX)
Pell links with producer Chuck Inglish for an upbeat remix of his record "Queso", as premiered via Billboard. The release follows his sophomore project LIMBO which was released in November 2015, and since then Pell has been busy on his "Only in Your Dreams" tour which will stop by SXSW, where he's headlining shows with House of Vans, The dFm, IHeartRadio and ScopeATX. As an artist hailing for New Orleans, his sounds are more of an eclectic barrage of ethereal grooves than the raw bounce hallmark of the region.

Ever since his first independent release of Floating While Dreaming in 2014, Pell has established himself as a premiere force within the music industry. As the first major statement of a serious artist, Floating While Dreaming garnered ecstatic press across the board, including FADER, Billboard, Complex, and many others. The album allowed Pell to flex his musical muscle while forging his own identity.
Pell knows the importance of dreams. Hurricane Katrina forced Pell’s family to move to Jackson, Mississippi, when Pell was only fourteen. “All I was able to take with me from New Orleans was the musical culture I grew up in, not my possessions, only memories and life lessons,” he says, “creating a new life from scratch teaches you resilience.”
That same spirit of resilience is what has propelled Pell's career beyond a debut project and into many "One's To Watch" lists from tastemakers like Spotify, Complex, and Pigeons&Planes to name a few. As a writer, rapper, and singer, Pell’s talent is formidable, and his skills are still growing along with his fan base. With the release of his sophomore project LIMBO and a sold-out 2016 tour, Pell is poised to surpass even his wildest dreams in the year to come.
