During that time, Chalant moved from Philly to Virginia Beach in his High School years where he joined the band class to sharpen up his music skills, he always knew he had potential but never found the right outlet to channel it, until a neighborhood buddy introduced him to FL studio where he would practice how to make simple beats.
Chalant didn’t take music seriously until after high school, where he would write songs for singers an features on rap mixtapes for local artists.At this time, Chalant moved from Virginia Beach to Gastonia, and started to take music serious working with local artists like: Jagi Blanco, Lucky, Woodie, Uptown and more. Along with a few collabs with other producers such as: Damian Farror, R2D2, ASAP Jermz, IRATEGENIUS, E-nice and others. He is currently with his Group Y.M.G (Young Moguls Gone) with his long time artist: C. Smitty making a name for themselves.
