Walu, he captures Konshens being captivated by one special young lady in
the club, which is so fitting for the catchy chorus "Before the night is over, Im gonna make you love me girl".
Throughout the video there are some cameos from dancehall artist and
dancer Ding Dong and Ravers dancers as well as dancehall superstar
Shaggy.
"Well we
just wanted to do this track that was full of movement and energy for
the dancers and especially the ladies. We went for sumn smooth and hard
at the same time. Russian from Head Concussion Records (HCR) went in on
the beat and everything else was free flow Caribbean style" says Konshens.
Known
for their definitive voice of music and the lifestyle that surrounds
it, it is so fitting to have 'Physically Fit' premiere on Fader.com.
The single has been played only by a few and is set to be released next
week. Konshens is currently gearing up for his West Coast run and
schedule to perform in Haiti for the first time this summer.
