About iSHi

Versed in keys, beats and composition from an early age, Swedish born producer iSHi has always had his eye on the bigger picture. He began his career producing Swedish hip hop and moved on to working in the UK where his big break would come with “Game Over,” the all-star rap anthem that made for a true 'clash of the titans’ moment for global hip-hop. Subsequent hits “Written In The Stars” alongside Tinie Tempah featuring Eric Turner and the Professor Green and Emile Sande chart topper “Read All About It” broke barriers for the Scandinavian artist’s viability, opening further doors for the talented composer turned production guru. iSHi has also worked with high profile US artists including Shakira, Usher, Ne-Yo and Lupe Fiasco. He produced “Break the Chain” for Lupe which was featured on his Lasers album, peaking at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with first week sales of over 200,000 copies. After their earlier success, Lupe and iSHi have teamed up again, working together on Lupe’s new album Tetsuo & Youth .

2013 brought the blueprints of what turned into the earliest of iSHi’s album sessions, a chance for him to extend the proven success of his EDM elite into the world of refined hip-hop. Collaborations alongside Pusha T and Rihanna have set an unexpected precedent for the producer’s debut full-length album. iSHi has spent the last six months working on his solo project. “Push It,” the first single off the album, features a collaboration with Pusha T. The album showcases iSHi’s creative vision, through his music along with handcrafted visual aesthetics, and features a broad and top tier collection of collaborators.
