Lil Wayne joined Juicy J as a surprise guest during an epic performance last night for Day 25 of Red Bull Sound Select Presents: 30 Days in LA at the Fonda Theatre. Headliner Juicy J made it rain on the show goers, when cannons blasted hundred dollar Juicy J bills into the crowd. Much to the crowd's delight, Lil Wayne joined Juicy for his 2012 mega-hit "Bandz A Make Her Dance" and stuck around long enough for his and Drake's "Believe Me" as well as "Loyal." Earlier in the evening, two stellar Sound Select artists got the party started. Chicago rapper and producer Tremaine Johnson, aka Tree, opened the night, proving why Pitchfork and Fader have applauded his unique brand of "soul trap."Atlanta hip-hop collective Two-9 won over the crowd with an energetic and charismatic performance. Today's event takes place at Red Bull's state-of-the-art studios in Santa Monica with a pre-Thanksgiving BBQ. The daytime event features a special live performance and listening party with Sound Select band Warm Brew, who recently released "Whispers," the single off of their forthcoming album, Ghetto Beach Boyz. The LA-based hip-hop trio recorded part of their new project at Red Bull Studios LA, so it's a fitting place to hear the songs for the first time. The album was executive produced by LA rapper Dom Kennedy and will be released on Dom's Label, OPM. Food, drinks and games will follow. RSVP closed for this event.
