Already the captain of his own crew, #STRAYLIFE, the Chicago native $pencer $ims looks to add depth to NDC's roster of talented artists. $ims also adds balance, as his smooth, laid-back flow is a clear contrast to New Deal Crew frontman Chris Crack's rapid-fire spit style. The charismatic 18 year old recently released a 5-song EP titled "The Agreement EP" produced entirely by fellow #STRAYLIFE crew mate John $cott . "Soulular Phone" The Movie serves as the first official visual for the project. Shot by J. Krown Films and co-directed by $ims, himself, the visual perfectly captures $ims' easy-going, light-hearted demeanor and down-to-earth personality.
