Long Beach, California duo AJCKS (Acid Jackson) have dropped a new single entitled "Sit Alone". The track features the group’s musical hallmarks of lyrically insightful and abstract vocals combined with an spacey and dusty analog laden instrumentation.
Speaking on the track the group relayed that "Sit Alone" is "confronting those times when you doubt yourself and you choose to focus on the negative qualities or flaws of who you are".

Composed of emcee Illistic and Ill2lectual The Sound Cultivator on production Acid Jackson originally formed in 2009 after meeting via Myspace. Their forthcoming EP Good Grief (which will drop on 7/29 and will be released in digital, vinyl and cassette versions) is their first release in close to a decade. The album will feature collaborations with Blueprint, Illogic and Carnage The Executioner, Illogic also directs the video for forthcoming single "OBSRVTN".
The duo also revealed that Good Grief will be the first in a series of EP’s that will be connected thematically.
