Shizzo - "Don’t You Know" Video | @shizzomoneymore

Right in time for another blazing summer in Philly, rising rapper, Shizzo returns with another dope, inspiring single to once again exhibit his lyrical skill. His ability to maintain focus and convey his thoughts clearly in "Don't you know" is a testament to his charismatic delivery.

Shizzo's narrative gets a boost from the Doc Kaos Beats production, which features a timeless sample from the late, great Luther Vandross. One of the best examples of why he is deemed the "Concept King" of his hood lies in his music. His message and intent with this song were to motivate and empower those who sometimes may experience self-doubt that comes from the adversities of life.

"This one was inspired by Luther Vandross's "Don't you know that" from his 1981 classic album "Never Too Much", said Shizzo, who is a huge fan of soulful old-school music.

This 11-year Army veteran's life story, from his childhood on Philadelphia's streets to his struggles with homelessness, PTSD, and the loss of his father, is one that deserves to be shared with the world. Each and every Lyric is a heartfelt account of his struggles, his hopes for the future, and words of encouragement for the listener.

"Don't You Know" is available on all digital streaming platforms via United Masters, along with a crisp new visual released earlier this month. Be sure to give it a spin and feel free to hit us with feedback!
