Curator for the culture ID Rich has dropped the Rook EP this morning. Acting as a pre-cursor for his forthcoming LP The Management, Rook boasts his discerning ear combining potent emcees and beat-makers.
Among the assembled talent appearing on the EP includes emcees including Dark Lo, Jae Skeese, Young Sleep, Shaulen, Brogawd, Snackz, Charles Hider, JusDave and Traveeezy. Production is handled by Mosbeats, RomeOnThaBeat, DJ Impozible, Coach Parshells and DJ 1s.

In addition to his work as an A&R / Project curator, ID Rich also manages Brogawd, runs multi-media platform East Coast Connect and is part of The Umbrella Collective (which also includes Pro Dillinger, Snotty, Mickey Diamond among others).
Speaking on the EP title he revealed Rook refers to this current point of my life. I have been a student of the game for a minute now and I have tunnel-vision straight ahead to the bigger board, just like the Rook in Chess.
