Following on the heels of their monster comeback album, the brilliant #Wakedacup, which marked their return after a 10-year hiatus, Queens NY hip hop icons Onyx released #Turndacup, an album that expanded on the sound of its predecessor and featured fiery collaborations with Wu-Tang leader Raekwon, Busta Rhymes, Ras Kass and more. To give the album its own unique sound and identity, several of the tracks were remixed incorporating elements of trap and dubstep for its debut in July of 2014.
Now, years later, the original mixes, raw and straight from the studio board, are being released along with 2 bonus unreleased tracks that were recorded during the same sessions! This incredible reissue also includes the first ever vinyl pressing of the album to showcase the all-new artwork created specifically for this reissue.
