East London artist Teezandos is back with the video to her latest track, "OT". The young rapper has defined herself in the ever-growing UK drill scene with her rare and rugged style, which can be seen in this latest offering as she rips up this melodic beat.
The rapper from Hackney enlightens us on what a drill MC can be, as she takes influence on the "creepier side" to life.
At 14 years of age, she signed with UK rap legend Corleone and has been progressing ever since. Her breakout single "Need Focus" racked up over a million streams at age 17. The East Londoner has now released a sum of freestyles and tracks including "Slender", "Phone Call", "Page 45" and a freestyle with Link Up TV.
This one is dedicated to Tee’s younger life back when she was just "15 with a 15 up in OT". The now 19-year-old brings her storytelling skills to light on this one, as she educates us in her cold lyrics about bandos, trapping, and violence. Teezandos is played by an actor in parts to show what gets up in OT when she was aged 15.
Similar to her previous video for "Uh", the young driller keeps to classic drill-themed visuals featuring Tee and her crew but adds her own vintage spin. From the outset we see the video glitch back to a vintage lens recording, this can be resonated with the lyrics as we hear Tee reflecting on harder times in her life. The savage realism of drill is laid out in full detail, in another brutally honest track from Teezandos.
