Rod Wave - "And I Still" Video

ROD WAVE RELEASES “AND I STILL” SINGLE & ACCOMPANYING VIDEO
Ghetto Gospel Project Now Certified GOLD By RIAA

Old habits die hard. For rapper-singer Rod Wave (Alamo/Geffen Records), those old habits include working the block and potentially transforming your girl into his for the night. On his latest single “And I Still,” he celebrates making it out of the mud with his posse, who is also featured in the video, over the uplifting production from TNT and Tre Gilliam fit for Carnegie Hall. In the same breath of taking in his success, which has ultimately afforded him the chance to sign off on a private jet, he can’t help but reminisce over tougher times. And don’t think Rod Wave isn’t privy to strangers name-dropping him in a text to earn some fake clout. But whatever you do, just don’t interrupt this moment of triumph. Watch Rod Wave turn up with the one and only Johnny Dang in the video below.

Most recently Rod Wave signed a global co-publishing deal with Sony/ATV. The now certified Gold project Ghetto Gospel peaked at #10 on the Billboard 200 and paved the way for the sold out 22-stop duly-titled tour which is awaiting its new dates due to the current global pandemic. Meanwhile, Pray 4 Love has had an incredible amount of success peaking at #1 on Billboard’s Top Rap Album chart and debuting at #2 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. That success continues with track 12 on the project, “Girl Of My Dreams,” which just impacted urban radio this week and found a spot on Spotify’s Hot Rhythmic playlist. On the weeks surrounding Pray 4 Love’s debut, the record earned the title for “Most Streamed Album of the Week” with 105.8 million on-demand streams while claiming the #2 spot on YouTube US’ Top 10 Artists list. “Heart On Ice” currently sits at #40 on the Hot 100 Billboard Chart. The album includes production by TnTXD, SpeakerBangerz and Drum Dummie.
