Long Island-bred singer/songwriter/producer Drama Relax has shared his new song “Take A Trip” accompanied by a stunning video. ‘Take A Trip’ is the first part of a trilogy of songs that will be released soon, about the highs and lows of Summer love.
“This Trilogy is really a Long Island Summer love story,” says Drama, “A lot of the story comes from a personal experience but I think it’s very relatable to anyone that’s gone through summer love.”
“Take A Trip” follows Drama Relax’s recent single “All That” featuring Jeremih, with its warm groove and irresistible hook, “All That” spotlights Drama Relax’s supreme melodic talent and laid-back yet soulful flow.

Growing up on Long Island, Drama Relax started making music in eighth grade, largely inspired by Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III. After spending his high school years building his beat-making skills and self-releasing a series of mixtapes, he pushed forward with his music by producing and selling beats online. Once he’d amassed a sizable following on YouTube, Drama began sharing his own music and steadily grew a fanbase on SoundCloud. His songs soon drew the attention of Interscope Geffen A&M Executive Vice President Joie Manda, which led to his signing to Interscope in fall 2018.
