Drizzled with harmony and riddled with lyricism, rising music artist, Mereba (Interscope Records) has just released her debut album The Jungle is the Only Way Out. The effort is a powerful compilation, showcasing the dynamic artist's flair for singing, rapping, songwriting, production and instrumentation. The R&B leaning vocalist produced/co-produced every track on the album with the exception of the 9th Wonder's "Black Truck." Executive produced by Mereba and Adrian L. Miller, the album contains standout single "Planet U" and the recently released "Sandstorm" featuring Dreamville rapper, J.I.D. Also appearing on the album is artist, 6LACK. The 13-track project is laced with spoken word interludes, completing a body of work that has both commercial and niche appeal. The Jungle is the Only Way Out is now available at all digital retailers.
Mereba had an exciting 2018 with the release of eye-catching visuals and a slew of new music. Over the summer, she earned a standing ovation from tastemakers after a stellar performance at the Malibu Soho House with Stevie Wonder. The eccentric artist then joined the North American leg of Snoh Alegra's FEELS tour which ran through mid-October and, throughout the year, she gained recognition from major outlets such as HypeBeast and Spotify. To kick off the new year, Mereba performed during Interscope Records' showcase in Culver City, CA celebrating women in music on February 8th. As she works to promote her new album, Mereba is excited to continue her success in 2019.
