Meek Mill’s highly anticipated first album since his release from prison, Championships has arrived right on time. Over the past week or so, he’s been dropping a bit more information on the album and even gave two new track on Thanksgiving starting the roll out. Fans enjoyed a very New York inspired vibe on ‘Uptown’ with Fabolous and Anuel AA as well as his solo single ‘Ooodles and Noodles Babies.’
Meek opens up about his 18-track LP, which will feature appearances from Cardi B, Kodak Black, Ella Mai, Fabolous and Anuel AA. It also includes an interpolation from Beyoncé’s classic 2003 single “Me, Myself and I.” Seeing as Bey supported the freeing of Meek Mill on DJ Khaled’s “Top Off” earlier this year, it’s only right Meek gives a nod to the queen.
