Today marks the release of “Deep” from Summer Walker. Walker croons “I’m just tryna protect my space/ I don’t really need the pain/ But I love to feel the pain” in the true-to-present-day love ballad reminiscent of the rising singer’s tender, slow music.

The Arsenio Archer-produced track was recorded in the R&B singer’s hometown Atlanta, Georgia and written by Walker and Archer. Mixed by Jon Castelli at The Gift Shop, Engineer for Mix Ingmar Carlson in Los Angeles, CA and mastered by Dale Becker at Becker Mastering with assistance by Mandy Adams, “Deep" follows previously released track “CPR”.
