In 2017 this collective of MCs, producers, hosts and writers have expanded their ranks by recruiting new artists to their roster under the label Club FRSHRZ.
They officially welcomed: Keesha Simpson, Daak Martin, Juke 84 and Earth2Tom to the eclectic family. In 2017 they also secured a distribution deal with Believe Digital and are still reviling in their European tour last year in Czech Republic promoting their FRSHRZ EP. A great experience at the world famous Hip Hop Kemp Festival; sharing the space with Hip Hop legends Mos Def, Rah Digga, Kool G Rap and D.I.T.C.
"What’s Love?" explores the ideas of love from three different perspectives over a very soulful and bass ridden production from Club FRSHRZ's Juke 84. The beat itself is very unorthodox but captures the essence of the song and feels like an instant classic the first time you hear it. Expect lyrical content of the highest quality as well as the feeling FRSHRZ are challenging themselves with their own delivery of flows.
HKB Finn is behind the lens for the music video and brings his cinematic eye to document love in London in a very distinct avant garde manner. Set outdoors, the video captures the natural essence of the record and personifies the positive representation the FRSHRZcontinue to strive for in a music industry - often lacking in integrity and variety. "What’s Love?" is song with a question for all of us; what do we
think love is?
