"Survival" is the latest video from London-based rapper Ebenezer which premiered on Hunger. The slice-of-life visuals are packed with images of the real London, as the artist takes up the spaces he’s made his stomping grounds. ‘Survival’, a track about asking for forgiveness after you’ve done what you need to do to exist, is heightened by these visuals-- by the grit of the London streets and the fortitude that lives in the eyes of Ebenezer and his friends.
Born in East London, Ebenezer spent most of his childhood at a cousin’s house in Hackney along with his brother and sister. While his mother was busy holding down three jobs, Ebenezer and his brother spent most of their free time listening to music, watching MTV Base and learning to produce.
