FADL Is Stacking Money & Sipping Henny in Lavish New Video "My House"

Dubai recording artist FADL releases music video for “My House,” streaming exclusively through HotNewHipHop. “My House” is the first offering from FADL’s forthcoming album, Trophy, set to release June 30, 2017.

The visuals for “My House” is one of three music videos that together make up a short film. Coming soon is “Better Than You” and “Roli,” which complete the trilogy, showing broader themes that FADL explores in Trophy. FADL leaves it to the fans to notice small details and plot lines to piece together the larger story.

In FADL’s own words, “My House” is “inspired by all the days and times I worked and grinded out of my hometown. I’m bringing the trophy back home, all the distractions are irrelevant. And it’s my home so we can do what we want. F*ck you, this is My House.”

As seen through studio hours spent with hip hop notables like DJ Khaled and Boi-1da, and his most recent collaboration with Ace Hood on single “Moneyman,” FADL is establishing himself as a force to be reckoned with and he’s here to stay.

FADL is putting the United Arab Emirates on the hip hop map. The Dubai born-and-raised recording artist is turning his one time hobby into a career. FADL is a frequent world traveler, spending time in the beaches of Miami, experiencing nightlife in London, and residing and creating music in Dubai. He’s a staple in the Dubai hip hop scene, and he’s ready to take his success stateside.

His music is inspired by his travels, and he’s not new to hip hop. In 2008, FADL made his music debut with project New Chapter, soon followed up by Two.17, with a cleaner and more established sound in the latter. This project saw the collaboration of FADL and music producer John Robinson, of Clique Production Studios. New Chapter and Two.17, were created and debuted in London. As buzz started to form around FADL, he started booking shows like Red Bull events, F1 Festivities, and other Dubai based events. After Two.17, FADL took time to further develop his craft. He worked on vocal control, drew influence from other genres like jazz and soul, and incorporated different instrumental arrangements. From this emerged a darker sound in his third album Neverland, in 2014. FADL was still in London and recorded and produced the record at Soundstruck Studios with executive production by Dubai’s Radio 1 DJ & Hip Hop Ambassador Dany Neville.

The last three years have seen FADL shifting his focus towards US markets. He released Out Of The Box and The Other Side, recorded and produced in Los Angeles, Miami and New York. He worked with Atlanta-based OG Maco, Dubai-local Tiny, and Don Fuego produced the album to further evolve his sound. When in Miami, he worked with notable photographer and director Ivan Berrios, best known for his work with We The Best Music Group.

Currently, FADL is booked to play DJ Khaled’s Summer Fest Cruise at the end of this month alongside A-listers like Future, A$AP Rocky, Lil Wayne, and Migos. In line with this he will also be releasing his latest project, Trophy, out everywhere June 30, 2017.
