DROP SURPRISE EP!
Left-coast stoners, Chuuwee & Trizz have just dropped an unannounced seven track EP of original material viaBelow System Records. Two Puff Pass includes six tracks Produced by Ac3 Beats and one track assisted byMoney Montage and Chris Rose. Lyrical guest appearance on two tracks comes courtesy of Roc$tedy who is part of the Break Bread Posse (a crew that also includes Chuuwee, Trizz, Ac3 Beats and Monibeatz).
The L.A based Trizz and Sacto’s own Chuuwee have released two previous albums together AmeriKKa’s Most Blunted (2015) and AmeriKKa’s Most Blunted 2 (2016) and an EP titled The Smoke Out (2016). Speaking on the inspiration for the new EP, Chuuwee said “a lot of people were asking online if we were dropping any new material together. I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to do something new. Trizz and I both agreed it should be all Ac3 Beats Production, like our first project together.”
While both emcees may ingest copious amounts of herb, it apparently has little to no effect on their non-stop work ethic. For example Chuuwee, who is in his mid-20’s, already, has a discography of over twenty albums and mixtapes to his name. Raised in Sacramento, CA the “South Sac Mack” had the benefit of a home studio as a child as his Mother was studying music production. In his teens Chuuwee was already destroying local poetry slams with his rhymes.
The fruit of this constant labor includes U.S. shows alongside such influences as Mistah Fab, Rakim andRhymefest. He also recently completed a European tour with JR & PH7.
Los Angeles based Trizz compliments his partner well. Picking up the microphone at the age of 9, he has developed his own voice that reflects both his California dna as well as an interest in the macabre. Among his successful early works was his album Case 17 (so named for the 17 murders tied to serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer).
Now in his mid 20’s, Trizz lyrical skills earned him a place on horrorcore legend, Brotha Lynch Hung’s, Madesicc Muzicc label. This includes earning two writing credits on Brotha Lynch Hung’s seventh studio albumMannibalector (2013) and appearing on the “Independent Powerhouse Tour”, alongside Tech N9ne, Rittz andKutt Calhoun.
