Choice and J-izzy both moved to Nashville in their middle school years where they met and quickly became like "family". Two ambitious young rappers with dreams of making good music and getting their single parent mothers out of the urban communities, Izzy and Choice continuously made solo Indy mixtapes which consisted of many collaborations between the two.
It wasn't until 2013 where the two artist decided to form a group and go after their dreams together. Dropping one mixtape self titled "Sikoya Hye" , opened up other opportunities in the city for them to take advantage of. In 2015, they affiliated themselves with Team Certified (TMCD) on a mission to grasp a bigger fan base and take their career to the next level.
