These two San Gabriel Valley hip hop mc´s, are the newest up & coming artists known as 3 Times Better or simply 3TB. specifically located in Rosemead, CA these two are currently blazing the streets with their influential sound. Beginning their journey out of pure curiosity, 3TB started up after downloading an instrumental by accident. Freestyling over the instrumental brought them to realize they were destined for greatness. Not your typical rap group these two rappers, Troy and Saps, bring diverse styles to the group and call themselves "3 Times Better" in the sense that they are 3 times better than thier competition. Troy brings his versitile lyrics and mind blowing verses while Saps brings the laid back vibes and smooth verses to the group. Balancing each other out these two put on a unforgettable stage perfomance everytime. 3TB has been performing live shows since they first started. They have even had the chance to open for major artists in the game such as Ty dolla Sign and joe Moses just to name a few. they take their inspiration from artists currently in the game such as lil wayne, drake, big sean, wiz khalifa & tyga. Their sound can be related to some artists in the game right now as in "the starting six" and "the HBK gang" out of the bay area.
saps & troy started their musical journey in the late year of ´09. working with r&b local chevyboy, who is occasionally featured on various tracks, lends his vocals and smooth harmony to the songs. together they make a mix of rap, hip-hop with a nice blend of r&b. guaranteed to get you moving and grooving these tunes and movement are not meant to be slept on!
