Wane Enterprises CEO and New York artist Bruse Wane presents the "Highlander Freestyle", where he rhymes over De La Soul's "Plug Tunin" track, produced by Prince Paul. This freestyle comes on the heels of the release of the music video for Bruse's "Hercules" single (watch) as he prepares for the release of his forthcoming album Earl Manigault Of Rap. Bruse has collaborated with the late Sean Price (watch the music video for "Beast Inside") and Keith Murray (listen to “Return Of The Spitters (RMX)” featuring Keith Murray and Fam-Illy). A native of the Bronxdale Houses Projects in the Soundview section of the Bronx, Bruse founded Wane Enterprises in 2001, hosting events featuring Styles P, Papoose, N.O.R.E, Buckshot and Remy Ma. "The 'Plug Tunin' beat was always one of my favs as well as Prince Paul, and De La," Bruse says. "I just wanted to jump on this and give my fans, and fans of Hip-Hop that love lyrics and a dope groove something to zone to. As far as the meaning behind the lyrics, I'm getting at anyone misrepresenting Hip-Hop culture. I'm coming for their heads like the Highlander." Earl Manigault Of Rap drops November 23 on Wane Enterprises.
