Los Angeles rapper Pure ETC presents "Splash", the new single from his forthcoming EP Water and Sound, produced by Amerie/Darkchild producer Moz. Pure has opened for Busta Rhymes and Rick Ross, and recently signed a distribution deal with InGrooves Fontana/Universal. He describes his style as “vintage Hip Hop with a twist of lime. The 4 tenants of hip hop are peace, love, unity, and having fun, and this is what I want people to feel when they hear my music.” Regarding "Splash" Pure says "I wanted some pure hip hop tracks, and sat in the studio with Moz looking out on to Hollywood Blvd. The track for 'Splash' just evolved from there, and also from the fact that I wanted it to have that real west coast feel. I want this track to evoke a nostalgic feel for people when they hear it like rhythm and dreams.”
