The AEBL & 2 Chainz's T.R.U. Foundation Back to School Drive is a Slam Dunk for the Community
ATLANTA, GA --The Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League (AEBL) & 2 Chainz's T.R.U
Foundation are partnering in a community service effort to help Atlanta's underprivileged youth prepare for the 2014-2015 school year. The Inaugural T.R.U 2 School Fair will take place Sunday August 3, 2014 from 3PM - 5PM at Downtown Atlanta Central Park Gym, located at 400 Merritts Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308.
The T.R.U 2 School Fair will empower over 200 of Atlanta's youth by providing school supplies and haircut/hairstyles in preparation of the 2014 school year. Attendees will also be treated to food, fun contests, prizes, bounce houses and special appearances throughout the event by some of
Atlanta's favorite celebrities.
The event is open to the community, and donations are welcome. Donations for the event are being accepted this week from 11AM - 7PM at BlacktopATL, located at 1963 Howell Mill Road, and also at the event.
The first round of the highly anticipated AEBL 2014 playoffs will commence immediately following the T.R.U 2 School Fair (schedule below). 2 Chainz's team, Street Execs, who became the number one seed after beating Trinidad James' team Gold Gang Saturday, will face-off against underdogs Grind Hard.
