OMB Bloodbath and EST Gee Share Reflective Video For "Not Gang"

Rising Houston rapper OMB Bloodbath returns today with a visual for “Not Gang,” her hit with Louisville’s EST Gee. The boisterous cut comes from Bloodbath’s Blood Sample project, which arrived in July on 10:22PM/LVRN/Interscope. The song finds the gifted MC firing shots at her opps, but the video is reflective, placing the rappers in a church, a cemetery, and a candy-dipped custom car, with money spilling from every scene.

Watch the video Below:

"Not Gang" features Bloodbath repping her Houston hood, ready to stand alongside her crew amidst any circumstance. Her technically thrilling, inventive flow is on display as she utilizes internal rhyme schemes and a knack for stretching syllables in unpredictable ways. The song's video feels internal and thoughtful, featuring Bloodbath rapping in empty church pews, watching light stream in through stained glass before she returns to her hood, surrounded by her squad. EST Gee, for his part, delivers his memorable verse in a graveyard, adding to the clip’s weight.

This video arrives in celebration of Bloodbath’s recent Blood Sample EP, which paints a raw and authentic picture of her reality. Opening with “77004,” Bloodbath pairs melodic piano with heavy bass and forceful lyrics, cementing the rising rapper as a force to be reckoned with. “Not Gang” is one of the set’s hardest-hitting moments, proving her undying loyalty to the people that care for her, while seeking to sniff out anyone that dares to cross her. The track, and now its video, show her depth as a lyricist and her drive as an artist. She’s starting to reach ears well outside of Houston, and she’s sure to catch the attention of even more listeners soon.
