Two youthful natives of Norristown, Pennsylvania, Kenya Vaun and Joey Crakk (Joey Crakk Wit2kks) joined forces to compose this powerful and politically jam packed record called “NBA (New Black Anthem)”. The duo only became stronger when they welcomed local motivational speaker, Greg Byrd, to be a part of the visual piece for the track. The realness within the words of the lyricist paired with the raw emotion of the 17 year old songstress give an in depth view into the lives of the urban american youth.
