Franko Fraize - "Queen of Hearts" Video | @FrankoFraize

Eloquently piecing together a portrait depicting the life of his female protagonist, Franko Fraize releases his breathtaking single ‘Queen of Hearts’. Plagued by insecurities and riddled with self-doubt his powerful single echoes a story that delves deep into the life of the leading lady as we are taken through her footsteps. The composition of the lyricism, combined with the mesmerising production creates an atmospheric instrumental that is infused with piano loops and drums patterns.

Premiered exclusively via Clash Magazine, the ‘Queen of Hearts’ music video cleverly depicts the narrative of the track through animation with the site referring to it as an ‘endearing, loving portrait’ and ‘one of his strongest lyrical performances’ (https://www.clashmusic.com/videos/franko-fraize-shares-beautiful-queen-of-hearts).

‘Queen of Hearts’ is the third single to be released from his forthcoming ‘Lights and Colour’ EP, due for release this Autumn. It comes off the back of his feel good single ‘Let It Go’, which is a nostalgic dance inspired summer scorcher. The first of the three tracks was ‘Side By Side’, which received a nod from 1Xtra DJ Mistajam who said: “I’ve been keeping my eye on him for a while but this is possibly his best track to date!”. Unconfined by genre Franko Fraize’s musical diversity is evident through his music and the last three releases plays homage to his eclectic taste.

Having quite the legacy to his name already, the Norfolk native sits high on many radars in the music world. His prestigious Maida Vale session for the BBC with Huw Stephens, support from Mistajam and BBC Introducing sits alongside a wealth of both solo and collaborative material that spans a motley range of genres. From releases on Hospital Records with Fred V & Grafix to the Loadstar album, tours with Mike Skinner and Rudimental through to live performances at the biggest festivals in the world, including BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Reading & Leeds, The Great Escape, Tramlines and Outlook festival in Croatia this September, it is evident that Franko Fraize has a talent that is in high demand and as sets to deliver his best music so far, his journey looks set to reach new highs.
